Returning Students

Re-enrollment for returning students is a three-step process. Families will receive information by email when registration opens for the upcoming school year. Reach out to our Enrollment Team at [email protected] with any questions.

Step 1: Complete Online Registration

Families will receive a link and a unique snapcode for each returning student by email to complete registration online. Health certificates and immunization records are not required to complete registration, but current records must be submitted by August if they have expired.

Step 2: Gather Your Re-Enrollment Documents

Identification Documents

  • Parent or guardian state-issued identification
  • Proof of guardianship, if applicable

Health and Wellness Documents

  • Universal Health Certificate, completed by a medical provider
  • Oral Health Assessment, completed by a medical provider
  • Asthma Action Plan, if applicable
  • Medication and Medical Procedure Treatment Plan, completed by a medical provider, if applicable
  • Anaphylaxis Plan, if applicable

Step 3: Submit Residency Verification

Families may submit residency verification online or in person with an Enrollment Team member.

To submit online, email a clear photo of your proof of residency to [email protected] along with your student's name and grade level. Please allow up to three business days for review. Once accepted, an Enrollment Team member will send you a link to the Residency Verification form, available in English, Spanish, Amharic, Vietnamese, Chinese, French, and Korean, for your digital signature.

Please note that expired documentation will not be accepted as proof of residency. Families experiencing homelessness or whose student is a ward of the District should contact an Enrollment Team member directly for guidance at [email protected].
